Within 90 days from the date of purchase of the products.
Atomizer/atomizer coil/Drip are consumable products that are not within the scope of warranty once it is depleted. If there is a quality issue when receiving the goods, please return without filling oil.
- Artificial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by a warranty.
- The coil is consumable which is not within the scope of the warranty once it is depleted.
- Any hardware cracking or modification is at your own risk, it will void the warranty.
How to Request Warranty (Return, Repair, and Refund)
Please contact us via email with the following information:
- Order Number:
- Product Name:
- Describe the problem in detail:
- Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s);
Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s), or Incorrect Package Sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents upon receiving it.
For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
- Contact our firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
- Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
- If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). YouMeit will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
Refund for Canceling Order
Items in your order we haven’t made shipment will be made refunded ASAP after we receive your reasonable request. Any service charge required by the payment platform caused by the refund shall be at your expense.
