How to inject the e-liquid or nicotine salt?
Step 1 Plug out the Rubber part
Step 2 Inject the e-liquid or nicotine salt through the hole.
Note: When first using a new atomizer, please wait for 5-8 minutes after adding E-liquid to make sure the cotton is fully wet by juice.
What do the Suorin Air Plus battery indicator lights mean?
Suorin Air plus has 5 indicator lights on the body. Similar to some portable chargers for mobile phones, the battery indicator lights of Suorin Air plus are showing for users to know how much battery power is left on the device.
When the battery capacity is 81%-100%, 5 indicator lights will be on. 5 indicators light up steady constantly means fully charged when you charging.
When the battery capacity is 61%-80%, 4 indicator lights will be on;
When the battery capacity is 41%-60%, 3 indicator lights will be on;
When the battery capacity is 21%-40%, 2 indicator lights will be on;
When the battery capacity is lower than 20%, 1 indicator light will be on. When this light flickers 3 times means low battery status, you need to recharge it as soon as possible for regular use!
Why do Suorin Air Plus indicator lights blink?
- If the indicator light flickers 5 times, the air plus vape pod might accrue short-circuit the cartridge might be burnt please change the cartridge.
- If the indicator light flickers 8 times, there will be 2 situations. A. The cartridge doesn’t connect to the pod properly, please reinstall it! B. The cartridge might be burnt, if yes, please change the cartridge.
- If the indicator light flickers 10 times and when the hitting is more than 5 seconds, the protection circuit will shut down the power to prevent overheating in the battery and the cartridge.
What to do if the Suorin Air Plus can’t be charged?
If the device cannot be charged, check whether the USB cord is connected to the port.
What to do if the Suorin Air Plus Smoke exhaust isn’t emitted?
Smoke exhaust is not emitted normally
A. Check whether the atomizer’s battery is fully connected.
B. Check the atomizer’s E-liquid levels.
C. Check whether the product is powered off. If so, please charge as soon as possible. If the product still does not work please contact our local agents or ask for customer service at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org!
