All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Don’t worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough. And if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!

Don’t worry! If you found you messed up your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as you reach out to us immediately with the correct delivery information, we would be happy to change it for you. But please pay attention that, you need to email us with your full, correct address along with your order number!

If 2 hours have passed since you place your order, we might not be able to change the address for you but we will do our best to help you to deal with it!

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping usually takes about 6-12 days to the U.S. and Europe but in other countries like Australia & Canada, it will take 10-25 days depending on your location and the opening hours of your local post office.

The Item Guarantee Period lasts 60 business days to customers and the buyer is eligible for an order reshipment if they have not received their item by then.


No, all of our items are purchased one-off, you will not be charged for anything else other than the item you have ordered.
